Selection Criteria

  • Admin and Graphic Design qualifications will definitely be a plus;
  • At least 1 year experience in both admin/Reception and marketing duties a must. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and excellent customer service, in high English. 
  • Highly developed organisational, time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Highly developed data entry skills, with high-level attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in effective front office requirements and exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to use initiative and work as an effective and professional team member;
  • Demonstrates high level computer skills, with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, web-based applications, MAC operating systems, Designing software.
  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms, specifically Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of WordPress for website changes. 
  • Experience in preparing and updating marketing tools using Microsoft Office apps, social media, and YouTube.
  • Examples of past marketing/designing initiatives to be presented during interview. 

Key Duties:

Reception (1 shift per week – could increase at a later stage):

  • Liaise with GP’s and Specialists, fellow staff members, management, patients and their families in a professional, compassionate manner and treating them with high level of customer service
  • Making bookings, invoicing, updating of admin systems, assisting patients, following frontdesk procedures. 
  • Support the physiotherapists, fellow reception team members and management in a range of admin tasks.

Marketing (1-2 shifts per week):

  • Design and creation of social media content;
  • Adding content to CMS for web, social media platforms, email templates, and more.
  • Plan, Schedule and publish your content across various social media platforms;
  • Generate ideas, manage and internal content.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations to our management team.
  • Graphics, image editing, scaling, cropping, etc.
  • Work with the Practice Manager on marketing initiatives.

Work hours: 

  • Available to work any workday (Mondays to Fridays and 1 Saturday morning per month)
    • Morning shifts: 7:30am to 13:00pm
    • Afternoon shifts: 13:00 to 19:00pm
    • Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm
  • Be available as a relief for when another staff member can’t attend a shift.
