Bio

Katrina completed her physiotherapy degree in 2005 at Curtin University, after first completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science at UWA. After 5 years in private practice, she moved into ownership of 2 successful practices, before taking a career break to raise her two children. Her passion for exercise has also led her to a 20-year career in group fitness instructing, pilates, and yoga teaching which has become an excellent adjunct to her physiotherapy knowledge.

Clinical Interests

Katrina has a particular interest in long-standing lumbar, hip, and thoracic spine pain. She is particularly interested in exercise rehabilitation in all forms and assisting clients in integrating movement into their lives in a way that suits their bodies and lifestyle.

Interests

When not busy teaching pilates, yoga, or BodyBalance at the local gyms, you will find her chasing the sunshine with her dog, taking the kids camping, or getting out on the water with her partner in their boat.
