Bladder leakage is called urinary incontinence. This can be a little amount or a big amount. It can occur with a cough, sneeze, laugh, jump, getting out of bed, during exercise or on the way to the toilet. Urinary leakage is not something we need to just accept and live with. Research shows pelvic floor exercises are the first line of management for urinary leakage. Difficulty emptying your bladder, sometimes men can have difficulty emptying their bladder due to enlarged prostate or other reasons. Some may complain of straining to wee, dribbling afterwards or needing to pee again straight away and these are not normal bladder habits.
